In case you never looked, we have had a home page on the Web for some time. This is accessible at http://www.naic.edu/. It currently sports several sequences of construction-phase photographs, including many from the recent lifting of the Gregorian dome enclosure, in addition to more-expected items such as the staff directory, publication lists, and the Newsletter. We expect the user's manual to be on the Web page-by-page as the new procedures and manuals are generated. We already have information for visitors, site map, etc. there. We expect to add most of the information needed for planning and writing proposals, as well as form spigots for providing items such as proposal cover sheets, instructions to operators for absentee observing, run-report forms, etc. We are currently undertaking a reorganization of our home page, which has increased substantially in the last few months.
