John Cho Receives URSI Young Scientist Award

My co-editor of this Newsletter, John Cho, has been selected as one of this year's URSI Young Scientist Award winners. John, with his broad interests in literature, music, international movies, scuba diving, flying, and of course our Newsletter, is an earnest scientist. His atmospheric research makes him wonder about noctilucent clouds as much as it prompts him to organize efforts to build a spatial-domain interferometry system for the 430-MHz radar. Doubtless, this award is just one of many that lie in front of him in his career. Well done, John, and congratulations.
